These projects, with an annual planned investment of 16.576 billion yuan, are among the total 136 projects this year. The number of projects and investment scale ranked second in the province after Changsha.

 

 

These major projects include 77 industrial projects, 18 infrastructure projects, 18 social and livelihood projects as well as 3 ecological and environmental protection projects. Among them, there are 2 projects with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan each.

 

The Zhongcheng New Kinetic Energy Industrial Park will develop into a new energy battery and intelligent equipment manufacturing and production base with a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan. After being put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan and generate annual tax revenue of over 300 million yuan.
